Summer events and pop-ups are a great opportunity for the team to get boots on the ground, catch up with our partner organisations, and most importantly, engage with the public on how best to give native species space to thrive.
Our Know Before You Go campaign is all about sharing practical tips and resources to help you make a positive difference while visiting the area. By following a few simple steps during your visit, you’ll be playing a key part in protecting our coast and the wildlife that calls it home for years to come.
Here’s a breakdown of events that we will be attending across the summer of 2026. We’d love to have you pop by.

Morston Quay pop-up event, spring 2026
Coming up in July…
Morston Quay pop-up event
Tuesday 21st July (09:00am – 13:00)
To kick off our summer events season, we are pitching up with the National Trust on Morston Quay just around the corner from the café. We will be joined by warden Tracey Sizeland, who will be available to answer any questions relating to local wildlife, designated footpaths, and the National Trust’s ongoing work in the area.
Peter Piper Picked Some Litter
Thursday 23rd July (11:00am – 15:00)
We have a stall at Peter Piper Picked Some Litter; an event being held in Hunstanton on the green by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk. This is a new family-friendly, environmentally focused event with group litter picks, children’s activities, and the launch of the Borrow, Play, Return beach toy box.
Titchwell Field Fayre
Saturday 25th July (11:00am – 15:00)
Titchwell Field Fayre returns to the meadow at Briarfields Hotel, with the RSPB and Plovers in Peril Project Officer, Wynona Legg also in attendance. We hope to team up and create a little corner dedicated to local wildlife, combining their local knowledge with our wider ‘Know before you go’ narrative.
Marine Day
Tuesday 28th July (11:00am – 16:00)
Next up is the inaugural Marine Day on West Runton Beach, hosted by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust. We’re part of a stacked line-up of local organisations, united by a shared passion for our seas and marine life: “Rockpool and explore the beach, discover what’s lurking beneath the waves, find out how our seas are being protected, and learn how you and your family can play a part.”
