Pasture cropping system, Ken Hill farm
A new strip till drill and inter-row mower for a new regenerative pasture cropping system to allow grain crops to be grown in a cover of grasses, legumes and wildflowers, with the rows in between being strip tilled with heritage varieties of crops.

Habitats for waders, Holkham Nature Reserve
The hire of a rotary ditcher to create foot drains and scrapes to enhance and create habitats for red-listed wading birds, including lapwing, avocet, snipe, and redshank, to spread populations across the Norfolk Coast on freshwater marshes.

Permissive path improvements, Holkham
Upgrades to an existing permissive path that has worn away to give people with disabilities better access to extended areas of Holkham National Nature Reserve, including bird hides, and a boardwalk with access to the beach.

Weed wiper, Holkham Nature Reserve
A new weed wiper to control invasive pin reed where sites are becoming wetter for the benefit of multiple breeding waders and wildfowl, and to support grazing and improved habitat condition of coastal grassland.

Planting hedgerows, trees and a wildflower meadow, redeveloping a pond with wildlife area and developing facilities, which will open the farm up to more visitors to support biodiversity and increasing the resilience of the farm business.

Clearance of an area of semi-mature scrub to open up a new area of heath next to one of the most successful colonies of the rare and threatened silver studded blue butterfly., increasing its habitat area and supporting biodiversity.

Engagement, learning and skills, Deepdale Farm
Development of a dedicated venue for outdoor activities, learning and conservation volunteering with new facilities, plus tools to support learning of rural skills including green woodworking, hedge-laying and habitat management.

Mink trapping, Broadland and North Norfolk
Introduction of ‘smart rafts’ that send a notification when a mink trap on a floating raft is tripped, to the western Broadland rivers catchment and in North Norfolk. Without mink control, water voles would go extinct and other species would decline.

Management of the tern colony, Blakeney Point
Improvements to the management and monitoring of the tern colony within this National Trust site, with equipment to deter large gulls and to monitor fox activity, rope to mark out ground nesting birds, and equipment for volunteers.

Protecting the course of the River Glaven, Cley Harbour
Work to de-silt and reprofile the banks of the River Glaven in order to preserve the natural course of the channel through the salt marsh and up to Cley Quay, also reducing flood risk and enhancing river access for wildlife and the community.
